2. Trading & Pricing
All prices for scrap materials are determined based on current market rates, material grade, quantity, and quality at the time of transaction. Prices are subject to change without notice. Weights are measured using calibrated scales at our facility or approved weighing equipment.
3. Material Acceptance
Kaspulkhan Enterprises Limited reserves the right to refuse any materials that do not meet our quality standards, are contaminated, hazardous, or illegal to trade. All sellers must provide valid identification and declare the source of materials. We do not accept stolen goods.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for materials purchased by Kaspulkhan Enterprises Limited is typically made immediately upon completion of weighing and inspection, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For bulk or corporate clients, payment terms may be negotiated separately.
5. Collection & Delivery
Collection services are available within Nairobi and surrounding areas. Scheduling is subject to availability and may incur transport charges depending on distance and volume. Delivery of purchased materials is arranged upon agreement.
6. Environmental Compliance
All parties must comply with Kenyan environmental regulations regarding the handling, transport, and disposal of scrap materials. Kaspulkhan Enterprises Limited is licensed by the Scrap Metal Council and adheres to all applicable environmental and safety laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kaspulkhan Enterprises Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific transaction in dispute.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
